It launched almost a decade ago when the Roof Garden re-opened after an extensive redesign. The Roof Garden’s Speckled Jalapeño Margarita is our signature cocktail. What's your signature cocktail at Peninsula Beverly Hills and tell me the history behind that? Called “ Urban Wellness Retreat”, it is available as a one-, two- or three-night package and includes private fitness classes, guided meditation and a daily restorative sports massage, as well as a specially created menu of healthy meals featuring locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality, some of which are plucked from the hotel’s own rooftop garden.ħ. This year we also launched a holistic wellness program to offer our guests the opportunity to book a healthy, active staycation. Most recently we introduced the cult French brand Biologique Recherche, which brought together the skincare company’s clinical approach with the spa’s world-class service. Our spa has always been a leader in this area – particularly on the facial side, we focus on state-of-art, non-invasive facial technology and product lines with serious results.
